DMNC-302K busbar machine introduction: patent No. ZL200820174497.9 

This is a professional equipment for busbar processing of copper or aluminum in electric industry, high and low voltage work piece and busbar groove industry. It has multifunction such as punching holes, shearing, bending, vertical bending, embossing, twisting, pressing cable joint on busbar. It is high precision and good consistency. The machine is controlled by double axis which controls the angle of bending. The precision of angle is improved obviously! We use electrical non-identation die to guarantee bending precision and no bending mark. All functions is controlled by CNC system, it can punching 2 holes once time, the working efficiency is 3-4 times than usual busbar machine.

Main Characteristics: 

1, This machine has 2 working units:

one is for punching, can punch 2 holes once time.

Another is for shearing and bending, just through changing mold. It can also do special processing work such as pressing, embossing, pressing cable joint, twisting and so on.

For bending work, Electric tools can measure the bending angle directly

Special tools guarantee workpieces have no indentation

2, Working efficiency is 4 times than other 3 unit busbar machine. The three function shearing punching bending all are controlled by CNC, high automatically. No need to make lines as reference. Also can choose Foot-touch switch to control working. Two operation method.

3, You can adjust working stroke of each unit conveniently to reduce machining auxiliary time and improve production efficiency.

4, We adopt vertical machining method for punching and shearing unit, so operation is flexible and convenient. We use flatedge shearing method, so the work piece surface is neater and smoother

5, Adopting horizontal bending type to achieve flat bending and vertical bending by changing tools. 

6, There are 4 trundles. So the machine can be moved conveniently by adjusting them.
