About the cutting tool material, we currently have N, A, AA, 3A four kinds of materials.N Series material refers to domestic tungsten

steel, material hardness is at 88-89HRA (Rockwell hardness scale A). A series material is Taiwan's chunbao tungsten steel,

hardness is at 90-91HRA. AA, 3A series materials are Germany's ultrafine particles tungsten steel material, AA hardness

is at 93-94HRA, 3A's hardnes is around 96HRA. The better the material, the higher the hardness, the more wear-resistant, service

life would be greatly extended.The stronger the rigidity, the cutting tool will not be easily deformed during processing, the

processing effects are better. The finer the tungsten steel's particles,the sharper the polished edge, the processing

effects are  also better.
