Our company invested 20 Million yuan in 2010 and established the production line of CO2 gas shielded welding wire. We have the most advanced product line domestically for producing our CO2 gas shielded welding wire with the capacity of 25000 tons per year. It is designed for welding of low carbon steel and Rm500Mpa lever low alloy steel, such as Gr.50 or so with shield gas CO2.

1.Rust,oil,water and other impurities in the weld area must be removed before welding. 2.Mechanical properties of all weld metal
are decided by heat input, normally the small heat input will be better than larger one.
