Jiangyin Unitec International Co., Ltd. was founded in  2010 We sell laminating film, laminator, binding machine and  print finishing products.
Our Office
Unitec is located in Jiangyin city, it's about 2 hours  away from Shanghai by car. The office has 400 square meters and ten employees are working here.

Unitec develop and improve products by cooperating with manufactures. Most of products have passed the IS09002 quality system authentication and CE certificate.

Unitec has 1000 square meters warehouse, we meet customers entire requirements for collecting goods, pallet handling  and Container loading / unloading. We provide a one-stop  solution for our customers

We provide one-year limited warranty for all machines from the date of purchase. 

Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and those not apply to any:
1. Improper or inadequate maintenance
2. Misuse and mishandling
3. Damaged by a wrong voltage use
4. Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor or no water, broken case, etc)
What is the repair, exchange refund policy?
Exchange and refund only on big defective units. For buyer had used machines, we only can support repair service.
REFUND: If you reported problem to us in one week on arrival, we accept the refund, we only refund with your. payment after receiving the returned goods
EXCHANGE: If you reported problem to us in one month on arrival, we accept the exchange. Buyer need pay ship back sea freight.
REPAIR: We provide free spare parts within warranty period. Buyer should provide serial number and photos of defective machines, buyer need pay shipment charges.
We only support and repair we sold out items, please don't ship back other seller's items.

What about ship back to us tax and duty?
Tax and import duty is not included for warranty. We are not liable to any customs hold up or import tax at the
receiving country.
What about when 1 year warranty over time?
When one year warranty time over, we still offer you the consistent support, like providing parts and repair services
