Properties and Application:
The four kinds of Laminates are made of electrical alkali-free glass cloth impregnated an epoxy resin binder
through hot pressing, which have extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties and
good electric strength properties. In addition, FR4 and FR5 sheet has anti-fire property.
