Special Features
1. Touching controlled man-machine interface, visible result in easy operation.
2. Easy mold thickness adjustment, steplessly adjustable within 100-220mm.
3. Toggle mechanism design, quick mould opening and low noise.
4. Optimized design on the injection speed and injection presure, able to improve the productivity.
5. 430mm of fixation mold opening stroke unchanged due to differnt height of mold, able to produce double deck mould.
6. 4mm was compensative in the station by the balance system.
7. Temperature and material plasticization more steady by 4+1 heating zones of PID control on the barrel.
8. Large injection volume, enable producing of footwear products and other EVA expanded products comes from after mould opening, such as: EVA toy, seat backrest of the car.
9. Larger mould holder design be applicable on various moulds and high compatibility.
