RFID Nail tag is composed of ABS outer covering and robust RFID transponder inside. It is rust-resistant in wet and chemical environment.Only by a narrow space, nail tag could be widely applied in supply chain management, property tracking management, timber and wooden products tracking management, ash bin management, and industrial parts management.

Nail tags are available with a broad range of RFID technology from low frequency 125KHz, high frequency 13.56MHz, to Ultra High Frequency 860-960Mhz, thus providing an optimal solution for different RFID applications.

Read range

Since the nail tag is long and narrow, which push the antenna in a small space. As a result, the reading distance of the nail tag is rather short.

 

For chip range from 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz, the read range is about 2-3cm;

For Chip from 860-960 MHz, the read range is about 5cm.

 

Operation temperature

Operating temperature: -25°C to +75°C

Storage temperature: -25°C to +85°C

Installation

First, make a hole in the wood or tree;

Then, insert nail tag with a rubber plastic hammer.

Reminds: Avoid drilling nail tag in the wood or tree directly, which will damage nail tag.

 

QC

Every tag will be carefully checked by machine or manual work before dispatch.
