Description
Features for lab vacuum furnace :
1. Operation Temperature: 1400°C/1300°C.
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case.
4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
5. Power control with 51 segments programmable.
Product Description
1. The unique sealing technology to ensure the air tightness of the furnace chamber; can be pre- pumping vacuum, argon, nitrogen and other gases into the furnace cleaning to achieve the purpose of protection of the atmosphere;
2. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers material, with good insulation properties and energy saving,. Heating elements adopted imported Silicon carbide rod and depending on the atmosphere, plating into a different protective coating,, greatly improving the servicing life;
3. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output;
4. Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
Main uses:
Applies to stir melting in the protective gas atmosphere for light alloy industry and the specialty glass industry.

Warranty
Warranty:Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
Replacement will be shipped to you after photo or other evidence are provided and investigated.
