CO2 Recovery Plant for CO2 Recovery from Fermentation
As the names suggestd, this CO2 recovery plant is and ideal choice alcohol plant, brewery,and sugar refinery, to capture the CO2 in the tail gas, which is composed of CO2m alcohol, aldehydes, methane, hydrogen, nitrogen, vapour, as well as amount of NO and lipid. The CO2 content in the tail gas is up to 90% to 99%.
Perfectly combining water scrubber, water separator,and special adsorbent, the CO2 capture equipment is capable of removing alcohol, aldehydes, lipid, and NO. Upon the completion of water,methane, hydrogen, nitrogen removal, the clean CO2 is then obtained with this CO2 recovery plant.
Features:
CO2 recovery plant is specially designed in line with the feed gases of different components. Therefore, equipment investment and energy consumption are reduced while the equipment function is also guaranteed.
The equipment is featured with simple design, small occupation area and easy insyallation.
CO2 recovery plant adopts a distributed control system(DCS). Therefore, it is easy to operate. Moreover, it can automatically function for 24 hours on end.
