Yes, we have our own Solar Panel Factory, Plastic?Injection?Factory, PCB Factory, Cable Plant, Lithium Battery Factory and Assembling Lines, all the products we are selling are designed and manufactured by ourselves.

Usually it is 2 years. However it is about 5 years by replacing the battery.

Q: Battery is a sensitive goods, is there any difficult to ship the samples by courier or by air?

There are 4 level brightness settings for our solar lanterns.

The working time depends on different level brightness settings. Usually, it will be 8 hours to over 100 hours.

Product mould contract, non-disclosure agreement, exclusive sale agreement will be signed before starting the OEM & ODM project.

Q. How to apply refund?
A. Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not available for a canceled order. But a refund would back to you in time the case that we could not offer the products required in stock due to the shortage or unavailability.

Q. Can I come visit your showroom and ffactory?
1) Welcome to visit our office and shop directly before establishing long-term business relationship.
2) We'd very like to help you book the hotel and pick you up from the airport, or the railway station. Please inform us if you have any scheduling in China.
