Cluster tool round and shape
1. Punch insert is changeable, save cost.
2. When punch hole smaller than 2.0mm, mold need to be designed as full guide.
3. Must avoid to punch one hole repeatedly.
4. The punching pitch must be larger than hole diameter, or else it may damage the die.
5. To comfirm the die strength, the distance between holes must be larger than 3.2mm or hole distance must be bigger than 2 times of plate thickness.
6. Cluster tool has intergral type and split inserts structure type, we can design tooling’s structure according to customer’s
requirements.
7. Generally, customer only need to buy punch assembly, die and stripper plate (PDS).
8. If customer’s inner guide is not enough, he should order guide assembly together when release order.
