I. Usage

CPJ-3000 series is a high cost performance, high efficiency, universal type vertical profile projector developed by DG-YIHUI.

It is mainly used for the measurement of the mechanical parts of the length, angle, contour and surface shape,can inspect all kinds of surface and outline of complicated work-pieces, cam, screw thread, gear, perform milling cutter and so on, widely used in meter, electron, aerospace machinery, light industry, college, research institute and measurement-inspecting department.

II. Features

It has good quality optical system, imaging lens clear and accurate magnification. In the transmission of the illumination, the profile measurement error is less than 0.06%.Coordinate measurement deviation is Ex, y ≤ (3.0+L/200)μm, L be regarded as the length of measured parts (mm). Instrument equipped with a dedicated mini-printer and foot switch, DC-3000 Digital Readout, which makes display and measuring very handy.

P.S The Digital Readout has a function of interchange between mm and inches

1. Within 12 months from the date of assembly and acceptance, during this period, we will take phone and the internet to provide users with a combinative after-sale advisory service.

1) If instrument failure caused by our side, we will send spare parts at our cost to customer for replacement under our instruction, and we can have engineers for customer site services, where the travelling expenses shall be discussed separately.

P.S. Spot service is available only for hardware failure issue.

2) Key components like video card, data card, motion controller, servo motors can be replaced for free within 3 months if quality problem.After first 3 months until end of warranty, repair service will be provided for key components.If repair at user side is necessary, shall follow terms in 1) above for travelling expenses.

3) We provide free software upgrade for the user on legal use during warranty period.

3. If our engineer will be invited to customer side for training/service, our technical service will be free for first time during warranty period, except ticket and accommodation fee.

4.Our company has spare parts which can be provided for the users with cost.

5. We provide users with after-sales value-added technical service by preferential price for life, such as technical upgrades and retrofit.

A: If you are close to our local agent, you can contact them directly for spot service.Usually we will send our engineer for overseas spot service to finish installation of the machine and operation training, which will take extra cost like air-ticket and accomodation.
