Packing & Shipping
1. Packaging material -- electric bike:
We had two choice for packing.
Sample order: sample packed in paper carton with board or Wooden case.
Wholesale order: we packed with PE bag + Enough Foam + 7 layer corrugated paper Carton, to keep products anti-shock.

2. Shipment -- electric bike:
For the shipment Method, in general, there are two way---Sea Freight or Express Freight.
For sample order(1 piece), we suggest the shipment by Express Freight.
If you want to arrange your sample order by Sea freight, of course, the Sea Freight cost is cheaper. But there will be some cost from your customs. Then the total cost will be next to Express Freight(a little higher).
But the Sea Freight will waste a lot of time. Even there will be some trouble from your customs. So please checking...
For wholesale order, in general, we arrange the Sea Freight from Shanghai Port or Ningbo Port.
We can cooperate with your freight forwarder, or we can arrange shipping by our freight forwarder.
We can inquire the shipping cost for you when your destination port is decided.

At the same time, if you just think we are only those, sorry, the answer is NO. Just like the "1+1>2", Ristar is also beyond those brand accessories. FAQ for Sample
1. Q: can I place sample orders?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders for fresh clients, but since we are factory, so would require an extra sample cost depends on products you are choosing.
2. Q: Which shipment method is the best choice?
In general, there are two way for sample order---Sea Freight or Express Freight.
Now, if you want to arrange by Sea freight for your sample order, of course, the sea freight is cheaper. But there will be some cost from your customs. Then the total cost will be next to Express Freight.

Approximate sample Express Freight cost:
European(UK,Switzerland,German,Sweden,Spain,Poland,Netherlands,Belgium,etc)===>USD500
Norway,Canada,USA===>USD520
Asia(Japan,Korea,Malaysia,Singapore,etc)===>USD300

Different countries with different shipping cost, exact shipping cost or if you have any question please contact with salesman.
4. Q: what's the delivery time?
A: For sample order, if we have stock, there is only need about 1 week. If we do not have any stock, there will be need about 15--25days
For wholesale order, usually we can make a delivery within 4 weeks after get your deposit, if you don't have special requests.
5. Q: what's the payment term?
A: For sample order, as the total is not big. So we only accept T/T 100% in advance. Or there will be a huge loss from the Bank.
For wholesale order, if the total invoice value is less than USD 10000, T/T 100% in advance.
If total invoice value is over USD 10000, we can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance is against the BL copy(10-15 days after shipment).
On the other hand, if total invoice value is more than USD 30,000, we can accept L/C at sight.
6. Q: can I make logo on our Samples?
A: yes, depends on qty we will have an extra cost.
