Performance Features

1 Antibiotic vial vertical ultrasonic cleaner adopts manipulator with non-flexible rotary vertical structure, and performs cleaning with water and gas alternately; The product is capable of automatically feeding, ultrasonic cleaning, and external/internal washing, as well as final discharging, and monitoring cleaning media effectively.

2 This machine is in the structure of entire tunnel and adopts the principle of “hot air circulation laminar flow heating” to exert hot air sterilization on containers, the entire process from entering vial, preheating, drying, sterilizing and cooling to discharging vial could be completed automatically. The product is characterized by independent air duct, small amount of heat loss, and better sterilization effects.

3 Antibiotic vial filler and sealer feed vials from both sides, and adopt full servo motor to control running. The unit can simultaneously fill and seal multiple antibiotic vials. The new linear following filling & sealing structure is characterized by higher output and more stable vial feeding. Various filling methods including glass pump, metal pump, ceramic pump and peristaltic pump can be chosen by users. This equipment operates stably with high qualified rate. It is equipped with hundred class laminar flow cover, which has added the functions, such as online detection of dust particles and air speed, online sampling of airborne bacteria and sterile gloves, inverted vial removal, unqualified removal and rubber plug sterile conveying, etc. This machine meets new GMP requirements for sterile production and it is the most popular filling and sealing equipment at present.

4 This control system has the functions of electronic records and electronic signature that accord with Part 11 in Chapter 21 in Code of Federal Regulations. Multi-level passwords management of operators, maintainers, managers and monitors is adopted. This system is of stable and reliable working performance, powerful extended functions, friendly user interface and some other characteristics.

Main applications:
KSLX-B WDFS Line is composed of KCQ antibiotic vial vertical ultrasonic cleaner, AMSR antibiotic vial tunnel sterilizing dryer, KGZ antibiotic vial filler and sealer. Each unit can be interpedently used or jointly operated. The system is available to spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, WAG rinsing, preheating, drying, high-temperature sterilization, cooling, multi-needle liquid filling, sealing and other processes of low borosilicate antibiotic vial. The system is used for production of small volume antibiotic vials; if replaced with few parts and standard components, it is applicable to the production of antibiotic injections.
