BT-9166 is of high molecular weight silicone elastomer powder and ring siloxane blend, respectively in the oil and water two phase, and the dispersion is suitable for application in different formula. The product has very delicate silky skin feeling and strong powder texture, easy to spread out, covering power is strong, can cover the skin fine lines, can give the skin smooth, soft and comfortable touch of pink. Can be widely used in skin care, makeup and sunscreen, and other personal care products.
