Separator description
Milk cream separator is mainly used in milk processing industry, continually separate out cream and defatted milk from pure milk, at the same time remove the impurities and sediments, and it also can realize milk standardization according to fat content.
Junen Separator enable separate the extreme tiny ( as less than 1mm) solid particles which dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase out.

Separator drum
The drum is a component to separate material and rotates at high speed, is the heart of the separator.
It gets power by fitting with the vertical shaft through hi-precision taper.
Vertical shaft and cross shaft
The vertical shaft is to transmit power, is equipped with speed step-up gear (small spiral gear) and hi-speed rotating part.
The cross shaft is to transmit motor power to the vertical shaft and main parts of the drum.
PLC control cabinet
The separator is controlled by PLC, it's easy and simple to operate, the display is straightforward, is highly automated.
The trace residue in oil will also be discharged outside completely in the separation, this has greatly reduced the labor of workers for stopping and cleaning the drum, as well as economical loss due to shutdown.
