1. What are the payment terms? Our regular payment terms are 30~50% advance payment and balance against BL copy. We also accept other major payment method.
2. Why I should trust you?
We have been in Alibaba for 8 years and in the market for more than 10 years. We are trade assurance suppliers, you don’t have to trust us, your payment will be assured by Alibaba.
3. I don’t want to make an order of one whole container, what can I do?
a) If you want slabs, it’s not safe to send by LCL(less than one container load), so we have to book one whole container. In this case, shipping without full container load will result in high freight in FOB part as well as ocean freight part. So we recommend to also choosing other stone products to make it full container load.
b) If you want tiles or cut to sizes, we can pack in wooden crates. In this case shipping by LCL (less than one container load) is possible.
4. What to do if there’s a breakage when I receive the goods? We do our utmost with our many years experience in packing protection. However, we could not guarantee 100% without breakages. Thus, we highly recommend buyers to buy insurance coverage for the mentioned cargo. Our buyers have successful case getting compensation from insurance company.
5. How long will be the lead time? In how much time can I expect the containers to arrive? a) Start from loading date, it takes around 3~10 days clear customs and wait for vessel dispatching.
b) Marine time varies, usually 14 days to 28 days. You can track the status of the containers on the shipping company official website.
6. There are many suppliers in Alibaba, tell me why should I choose you? a) We have been in Alibaba for 8 years and in the market more than 10 years, so we are not companies who are acting or cheating for fast money, we look for business built on mutual benefit and long term friendship.
b) Always a simple RFQ(Request For inQuiry) will trigger a bunch of quotations from different suppliers, but these quotations will never make sense to you before you have an adequate communication with the suppliers, right? So

7. Do I have to come on site to check the quality of my order?
If you see this necessary, you are always welcome to visit us! Your trip will make us have a better knowledge of each other, good for long term business.
If you decide not to come and trust that we can take good care of your concern, we will do the followings to ensure the quality is what you need:
a) List out possible defects that may occur before order confirmation b) Send pictures in process of manufacturing to keep you updated with the process and quality check. c) Send pictures when loading containers
8. Resined Fiber in the back may peel off some time after installation which will result in hollow sound in flooring and stain coming up from ground cement. How can you do to protect this from happening? We can apply waterproof backing fiber adhesive instead of resin on the back fiber during manufacturing. Please feel free to ask us for more information about waterproof backing fiber adhesive.
9. Can you give me a price list of all your products? Nope, we don’t offer everything without prior notice of your detail requirement. It’s a just a waste of our time as well as yours. We believe that the prices don’t make any sense without adequate communication of detail requirement.
10. This is my first trip to China, is there any help that you can do to me? a) Yunfu is just around 140km from Guangzhou International airport, 1.5 hours by drive. There are also shuttle buses coming to Yunfu every one hour. So the transportation is very convenient. If you find any language problems you just call us and we’ll talk to them! b) If you need we’ll get a local data simcard for you when you are here, more convenient for local communication!
11. I am a vegetarian/Muslim, dining in China will be a headache for me, how to handle this? After many years making friends from all over the world, we’ve come to know the possible solution for your dining. It may not be satisfactory, but no longer a headache.
