It provides inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents;stability at high temperatures;excellent dielectric properties;lowest coefficient of friction of any solid materials; excellent weatherability and no-stick characteristics, using temperature is between -240°C (-400F) to 260°C (500F).

Application of D60
Packing& Handling
Everflon PTFE Dispersion D60 must be stored under frost proof environment under optimum 5-30℃ temperature;
It should be homogenized once or twice a month by gentle rolling or stirring when storing or before using;
The below action will cause PTFE dispersion demulsification:
Under 0℃ or over 40℃ temperature
Adjust viscosity by untreated water with electrolytic
Rapid mixing PTFE dispersion
Add other electrolytic or water soluble additives and overload organic acid
It could adjust D60 viscosity by adding distilled water or anion surfactant
PH could be adjust by ammonium hydroxide
EverflonTM PTFE Dispersion D60 is package in 25L PE drum with 25kg(55lb) content and 1000L IBC drum
