Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: We expect a minimum order value of US$10,000 and you can order mixed items. If you require your private color box design, we’ll ask for a higher MOQ depending on the specific item.
Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: We can complete production within 35 – 60 days depending on the specific item and your packaging requirement.
Q: Where do you ship the goods?
A: We mainly ship from Shenzhen port. If you want us to ship the goods from Ningbo or Shanghai, we will charge the extra inland shipping costs.
Q: Can you produce my order with my customized OEM color box?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders with your private brand and color box, as long as your order quantity is over MOQ.
Q: Do you offer exclusive distributorship?
A: Our business relationship comes in 3 levels: Open(non-exclusive, non-binding), Priority and Exclusive. Such relationship is a bilateral commitment with reciprocal rights and duties.
Q: What talents do you have access to in terms of new product development?
A: Our role is about new product planner, project controller and master investor. We outsource industrial design with a top design agency in Shenzhen. We work closely with our manufacturing partner’s mechanical engineers, E & E engineers,and software programmers.
Q: How long does it take for you to develop a new product?
A: 2 to 10 months depending on the specific project.
Q: What’s your warranty for office machines?
A: We offer a warranty of 12 months after customers receive the goods in their warehouse.
Q: Do you provide free spare parts?
A: Yes, when customers order our machines in volumes, we provide some free spare parts with the shipment.
Q: Is your factory ISO certified?
A: Yes. We passed the ISO9001:2015
Q: Does your factory pass the BSCI audit?
A: Yes. We passed the BSCI audit, and got grade C.
Q: Does your factory pass 3rd party audit?
A: Yes. Our customers have appointed 3rd party to conduct the regular audits at our factory.
