AWS E6013 Welding Electrodes
FEATURES :
·J421 AWS E6013 is carbon steel welding electrode covered with a high titania potassium type coating. Both AC and DC can be applied,and it is applicable for all position welding. It shows a very good welding performances:small spatters, easy restrike arc and good weld shape.
APPLICATIONS :
·Suitable for welding low carbon mild steel structures,especially for intermittent welding for small and thin plates and cosmetic welding which requests a neat welding surface.
ATTENTION:
a.Generally ,welding elecrodes do not need bake before welding.
b.If damped,the electrodes should be baked for 0.5-1hour at the temperature of 150-170℃ before welding.
