Zircon Bonded Mullite Brick for Glass Kiln with Good Thermal Shock Resistance bricks are made from good quality and superpure raw materials, with strictly classified
fillings according to their grades. These fillings can form a uniform pore structure after burnt during
the process of manufacture. Each grade of products has unique design to meet different thermal,
physical and chemical demands.
This product selected synthetic mullite sand as main raw material and added different amounts of
zircon powder .Molded by high pressure and sintered by high temperature ,we can get this
product. It has many advantages of high density, high strength,good thermal shock resistance,
high temperature erosion resistance and slag corrosion resistance. Therefore,it is widely used in
regenerator of glassfurnace, hot blast stove regenerator, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace and
other industrial furnace.

Reply: Different bricks are featuring with different colors, for example, the fireclay bricks are generally yellow, fused cast AZS are mostly white. You may send the specification and requirements to us, our technician and factory will provide you with pictures and specific solutions.
2. Would you please send us some samples?
Our company can provide 100*100*50 samples for free. However, the frieght should be born by the clients. In particular case, if the mould is required to be made first for some special shaped blocks, the mould cost and sample fees assumed by clients will be highly appreciated.
