The float glass goes through a rigid
inspection by our expert crew,
eliminating any flawed glass. This Quality

The glass is then run through a rigorous
cleaning cycle on Mirror conveyor
We then partnered with Valspar to incorporated a patented copper-free chemical process ,the elimination of the copper film dramatically improves the quality and life expectancy of a mirror
To complete the process ,two generous curtain coats of paint are applied with precision,the key to success with the copper –free mirror is the uniformity of the application of the paint combined with the proper curing temperature and line speed ,which is flawlessly executed on our Mirror Conveyor
