Ship Automatic Fluid Filling and Bubble Removing Magnetic Compass

It is used for indicating position for people to know where themselves are.

Installation Instruction:

1. The magnetic compass should be installed at a location of easy observation. Adopt regular installation or not compass can be used.

    However the pointing baseline of the compass overlap or be parallel to the longitudinal section of the vessel. The deviation should be less than 0.5.

2. The magnetic compass should be installed firm and flat. The axle line of the compass cabinet should be vertical to the horizontal section of the vessel. 

    Installation should be done while vessle floating.

3. While installing the compass, the distance will be kept from steel equipment and magnetic items.

    Wiring close the magnetic compass should be double-lined in parallel to avoid influence to the magnetic compass.

4. When compass being used for a period of time, maybe you will find it contains air bubbles, these bubbles must be removed in order not to affect the precision of compass.

Method of Operation:

Make the compass upside down, gently flap it, and then turn it back the original horizontal position ( compass calibration site upward).

Repeat the above procedure if air bubble are found again.
