3Tons tube ice machine for making ice

KW-T3 ice maker part & cooling tower

Capacity: 3 tons/day, tube ice is transparent.

Power consumption: 80~90KW*H to make 1 ton ice.

Water consumption: 1.05 tons water to make 1 ton ice, all water are circulated , only some fly away from the cooling tower.

Pack ice into bags

Use a base to rise the machine about 1meter up, we design a storage bin with a screw conveyor to take ice out. While you step on the pedal switch, the ice will come into plastic bags directly. Then use the sealing machine to seal bags well, or use stapler machine to buddle bags well.

Store ice

After packing, we need a cold room to keep ice bags, in the -12℃ room, the tube ice will be hard one by one. An 10m³ cold room can store about 3 tons ice, if you want a bigger room, 20m³ will be ok, you can still store some other goods.
