300g/h Module integrated panel ozone generator for water treatment
Module integrated panel ozone generators use the original panel electrode discharge chamber structure, can achieve 0.10mm or less narrow discharge gap, thus greatly improving the efficiency of ozone generation and achieving better energy savings. The capacitive tolerance between each discharge cell is very small, so the load distribution is consistent, the output deviation does not exceed 3%. In addition, the structure of the panel electrode discharge chamber can realize the non-pressure vessel design, and further ensure the safety of the product, which cannot be achieved by the tube electrode structure.

1. All data are set well in our factory. Please don't reset. If professional engineers would like to adjust, please don't adjust the power range over 50%.
2. The input voltage and frequency is 380V/50Hz.
3. Please input dry pure(75%-100% ) oxygen about 35 LPM, the pressure range is 0.10-0.20 Mpa. The pressure of ozone output is 0.1-0.18 Mpa.
4. Please keep the ozone panel installed vertically. Cooling water is necessary and the water need flow from bottom up; oxygen enters from top and ozone comes out from bottom.
5. Our engineer advises to add a throttle valve on the ozone outlet, this will be helpful to ozone production and concentration.
6. Please check well and keep the good insulation of all high-voltage wires.
7. At present, the working frequency is 3300Hz,the input current is 3.0A, the total input power is 1.8KW, the voltage of transformer is 4000V
Attention must be paid to the following
(1) . This efficient panel ozone generator needs 75-100% dry oxygen as air source. All the data is based on 99% pure oxygen, Dew point >-40℃.
(2). The recommended oxygen input pressure is 0.1-0.15 Mpa.
(3). When installing the ozone panle, it is recommended to install it vertically.
(4). Cooling water flows in from the down, and out from up.
(5). Oxygen flows in from the UP, and ozone out from the down.
(6). Ozone outlet is recommended to install a throttle valve to maintain the same pressure of the input air and the output air in the discharge chamber. When discharge chamber gas density or gas flow is too small, without throttle valve ozone production will be less.
(7). High-voltage wire of power supply needs to connect with the high-voltage of discharge panel, and insulation treatment is necessary.
(8). The ground electrode of power supply needs to connect with the discharge panel shell, and grounding treatment is necessary.
(9). When the gas flow meter is installed after the intake pressure-relief valve and before the discharge panel, the mathematical relationship between the standard data of the flow meter and the working conditions data is V1 = V2 * , where P is the multiple of discharge chamber pressure and atmospheric pressure, V1 is the working conditions data, V2 is the standard data of the flow meter.
(10). When gad flow meter is installed after the throttle valve on the ozone outlet, the flow meter outlet goes directly into the atmosphere, the standard flow is equal to its reading.
