1. Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?

Answer: Yes, MOQ is 1000 m2/colorgroup, For Rubber Mat or Logo Mat, 1 pieces is accepted.

2. What's the standard size for the carpet and mat?

Answer: The width of the size should be exactly divided by 400cm, such as40cm, 44.5cm, 50cm, 57cm,66.5cm, 80cm, 100cm, 133cm,200cm,etc.

3.How to determine the mat or carpet design?

Answer:

1) Choose readymade design from Jackson design pictures database.

2)  You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files,  Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.

4. How to choose design colors?

Answer:  Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U, Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.

5. How many colors can be produced in one design?

Answer:  Normally within 12 colors inclusive of white color;

6. How to find the freight forwarder?

Answer: Jackson has experience in directly exporting to most major cities. We can provide our own freight forwarder and choose the best one who has good service and competitive price for your port. Or we can also use the freight forwarding you appointed.
