SZ-08 electric spark deposition spot welding machine with electrode / SZ-08 cast iron welding device / weld holes, scratch, edge, abrasion, crack, etc.
1. Electrical spark deposition cold welding machine application:
Main Application: repair/welding and strengthen nonferrous metal, black metal, and almost all metal conductor.
Application details:
1.Can weld/repair all kinds of dies, injection dies, die-casting, pressure casting dies, metal products, machine spare parts, etc.
2. Suitable material.
Aluminum material, aluminum alloy, copper material, copper alloy, low carbon steel, medium carbon medium, die steel, stainless steel, casting steel, cast iron, cast aluminum, tungsten carbide alloy, and all electrical conductor.
3. Suitable defect can be repaired /welded.
Repair/welding pin holes, gas hole, burring, flash, bump, scuffing, edge chipping, pinhole porosity, crackle, abrasion, wear and tear, miscalculation in manufacture, defect in manufacture, welding defect.
4. The position of the machine can welding.
Repair/welding sharp corner, sharp-edged orifice plate, groove or furrow, side wall or jamb, bottom, deep cavitiy, flat surface, and etc.

Multiple functions:
It can not only be used for deposition welding, surface strengthening, but also for weld mending to ferrous metals including ductile iron, gray iron, stainless steel and nonferrous metals likecopper and aluminum.
4.Machine & accessories of SZ-08: (include electrode/ welding wires)
Cold welding machine principle:
Cold welding machine is using arc spark effect in the air. Electrode material made of alloys is sparking dissolved and deposited on the metal work piece.
1: Charge: The condenser is charged when electrode and work piece is separated.
The temperature of the spark point is approximately 25,0000°C, however, no heat accumulation occurs during diffusion and deposition periods since the pulse period is extremely short compared to the interval period.
2: Electro Spark: Electro spark between electrode and base material, only contact area temperature will be approximately 25,0000°C.
