This product is a nonionic dimethyl siloxane emulsion crosslinking polymer microspheres, can be widely used in all kinds of personal care product formula, can add in aqueous system, easy operation, the skin more delicate, durable, soft, powder tactility can be achieved. In eye cream, provide more immediate effect of the appearance of wrinkles.
