ZJ30/1700DB Drill driven by ac frequency conversion motor, according to the function is divided into: derrick floor area, power and electrical transmission control, pump room area, mud circulation area, oil tank area and other auxiliary equipment. Adapted to the well depth within 3000 m of lateral drilling, directional well and vertical well drilling operation.

The rig drawworks and rotary table adopts the form of independent drive. Winch driven by a 600 kw ac frequency conversion motor, rotary table driven by a 300 kw ac frequency conversion motor. Two sets of F - 500 mud pump by another two YJ23A500kW ac frequency conversion motor drive, respectively. Powered winch motor via a set of two gears transmission speed and the chain box powered winch, implementation of winch is second gear. Rotary table with motor and rotary shaft straight association-like structure.

Product features:

1,Rig adopts modular structure, using pin connection between block and block, can realize quick move. Derik is front opening K type, the structure to suit two telescopic. Base for high and low a telescopic structure, installation, low on power drill itself, put up as a whole.

2,Drilling machine driven by ac frequency conversion mode and control, made a special work station of driller, the trachea, tubing adopts the rapid joint and remove the obvious installation tag.
