Application

 

1. It is able to anti UV light , good thermol stability, non-toxic, no-coloring, it can be widely used as light&heat stabilizer in plastic, PVC resin, rubber, nature rubber, vulcanized rubber etc.

 

2. It is a good alternative for addtives contain lead, barium, cadmium without phenomenon of Zn burning. As PVC non-toxic stabilizer ( dosage is 2%) better effect than Zn soap (zinc stearate),can inhibit Zn burning, can generate synergistic effect with calcium stearate, even better effect if mix with Epoxy soybean oil,sulfurous acid triphenyl este and calcium stearate, also can be added with beta diketone, HDBM etc.

 

3. Combined the function of light stabilizing, it can replace Zinc Oxide, can be used as curing active agent in environmental-friendly rubber.

 

4. In medcine, it can be used as human body’s Zn element absorbent, it is more effective for human body’s absorption than that of zinc gluconate or znc citrate, also can be used for long-term anti arthritis drugs.

 

5. In cosmetics, zinc Glycerolate composition is hexagonal crystal system layers structure, the bonding strength between the layers is very weak. As its special structure,zinc glycerolate composition has good lubrication ability, the glycerol group can penetrate into skin surface and play the protective role, uniformly distributing. It can be made into skin sunscreen, skin cream. The ointmnet is mainly made by zinc glycerolate composition, can soften the hair and can be used for making shaving cream. As zinc glycerolate’s special properties, it can be used to prepare other cosmetics.
