Automatic Spiral Paper Tube Making Machine SJG-1000-IV
Usage and Features:
This Spiral Paper Core winder is suitable to produce thick walled cores for various applications like reel cores, film winding cores, carpet cores etc. which widely used for paper mill, plastic ,non-woven, stainless steel, PPGI and building mould industry.
This machine adopt PLC control, HMI input, The cutting carriage which driven by servo motor moves on a free slide rails synchronized with the main tube winder. The online fine cutting unit delivers burr free cores without dust and noise generation.
