1. Are you a factory?
---Yes, we are a factory located in Shenzhen, Shenzhen HEDI has been in this industry for 10+ years.
2. Can you provide samples for free?
---The payment will be deducted from the total amount once the official PO is received(Order QTY≥ 1000 sets). Note: Customers need to cover the shipping cost.
3. How soon could you send the sample out to me?
---If in stock, we can send it out within 2 days after your request is received. Otherwise, we'll have to make the samples for you, usually, it will take approximately 15 days.
4. I don't have a prototype product, can you help me to make samples.
---Yes, we can help you make a brand new product from scratch. OEM and ODM orders are also welcome.
5. I am a little concerned about the quality, what if I am not satisfied?
---That's why you should use place a sample order for 1 pc/set first. You don't have to make an order until you are 100% satisfied.
