Uses: Act as a pressure transmission for auto hydraulic pressure brake system.

Features: The hoses are braided with high strength, manifold, polyester threads, and 

have such very good performances as the following: good flexibility, bursting 

resistance, high tensile strength, low swell increment of the internal volume, ozone 

resistance, low-temperature, bending resistance, and good compatibility, with stable, 

safe and reliable braking effects.  

2.Technical Requirements For Brake Hose

Technical Parameters for rubber for the tube:

Other parameters that were not included in this table must qualify with SAE J1401.

Hose parameters: ID = 3 +0.15 / - 0.10 mm; OD = 11 +0.5 / - 0.3 mm;

The tube layers:

· Inner tube;

· Two layers of reinforcement viscose fiber yarn + adhesive between these layers;

· Outer tube.

The inner and outer tubes (layers) must not have any dents, cracks, bubbles or any foreign inclusions (objects).

Cold resistance for the tube- minus 50°C (no cracks);

- minus 55°C (no cracks).

The tube must have a longitudinal yellow line on the opposite side of the labeling.

The size, style of labeling as well as the yellow line must be done according to the conforming sample of the tube.
