PC138 Undercarriage Parts Track Adjuster Tensioner, Recoil Spring Assembly

Front Idler:

Fabricated version with ring-rolling process and induction hardening on tread diameter;

Casted version with induction hardening on tread diameter.

Track roller:

excavator version designed to support high static load;

tractor version designed to guarantee high speed reliability and axial load resistance.

Carrier roller:

designed in different solutions for guide and support the chain in every condition.

Sprocket:

sprockets are designed to suit a wide variety of hub flanges enabling a full choice of gearbox types.

Adjuster or Tensioner:

Tensioner for construction machine also coule be called Recoil Spring Assembly.

It is consist of hydraulic system, recoil spring and connection parts.

Rubber track:

Inside infinite torn steel ropes increase the track´s tensile strength and trapezoid steel cores minimize its contact surface with the rollers.
All cores are prepared for a long-lasting connection to the rubber mantling in a modern coating process.
On the outside an optimized rubber mixture is the basis for the track´s outstanding resistance.

Width from 150 to 900mm.

Steel track:

In the field of hydraulic excavators our product range includes tracks size B00 (90mm split) to B9 (260mm split).
For bulldozers we stock tracks size D3 (155mm split) to D11 (317,5mm split).

Rubber Pads:

Clip-on, Bolt-on, Chain-on.

Steel track pads:

Pitch from 90mm to 317.5mm.

1-What's the material used for UNDERCARRIAGE parts?

It depends on the requirement.

2-Can you develop parts by drawings or samples?

Yes, of course. We have an existent product list. Besides, we can also manufacture parts by your request.

3-What’s the payment and delivery time?

Normally, the payment should be TT and 30% paid in advance; or see the copy of B/L.

20 days are ok to ship.
