Brand New/Unopened Accessory- All unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that came with free shipping, a $26.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customers.

Used/Opened Accessory- All opened accessories can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange. For refunds, opened accessories are subject to a 15% processing fee. Damaged Accessory- If you product arrives damaged, save everything that arrived and contact Libower customer service department immediately to begin the process of an exchange.
