Haotian Zenturo privacy wall will be created with Zenturo Super panels, rectangular Zenturo posts, and specifics accessories. Zenturo Super panels have narrower meshes than Zenturo, making them ideally suited for gabion walls. In combination with the Zenturo post concept and associated spider fixators, a wide variety of infills can be used to create a personal aesthetic system.
Zenturo Super panel specifications:
The Zenturo Super panels are flat panels with double (2D) alternating horizontal wires for added strength.
- The panels are 2005 mm wide.
- Mesh sizes: 100 x 50 and 50 x 50 mm.
- Horizontal wire diameter: 5.00 mm.
- Vertical wire diameter: 4.15 mm.

Zenturo post specifications:
The Zenturo Post is a rectangular tube with a cross section of 120 x 40 mm and a plate thickness of 2.00 mm.
Accessories:
- Metal spider fixators, hot dip galvanized and polyester plastic coated, are fixed to the post using stainless steel security hexagonal bolts M6 x 40 and stainless steel washers M6 (included in the packaging).
- Plastic post cap, pre-installed to the post.
- Specific Zenturo distance holders to prevent the panels from bulging. under the weight of the wall infill(wire diameter 2.9mm).
- Top Zenturo panel : a small panel (115x1900mm) which ends your wall on the top.
Coating technique and colors:
The panels are made of galvanized wire, and an adhesion layer is provided for perfect adhesion with the polyester top coat (min. 100 micron). The posts are internally and externally galvanized (min. layer thickness 275g/m², both sides combined) according to Euronorm 10326, after which an adhesion layer is applied and polyester plastic coated (min. 60 micron).
They are available in Anthracite BF7016M. Other colors on request.
Installation:
A gabion wall blocks all wind.
To avoid damage and injury caused by accidents, always take the following precautions:
1. Evaluate whether the project site is exposed to strong winds. A filled Zenturo wall of 200 x 200 cm (= maximum panel size) installed with the new post system – withstands a frontal wind load of 120 km / h.
2. Make sure the posts are anchored deep enough in the soil with concrete.
3. Never exceed the maximum wall height: 200 cm.
4. Strictly follow the instructions.
