Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer with export license.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 30mins from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport by car. No matter our clients from domestic or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! We can arrange to pick you up from airport or hotel.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: The MOQ is 10000 pcs, but we also can accept 5000pcs (Except Aluminum Tube).

Q: How long will it take to receive my products?

A:As a general rule for avaiable mold’s products, it will take 3-5 weeks for us to produce your products.But if we have stocks tubes, we can ship immediately as you wish.

Q: We would like to have a look at a sample before we continue with the orders. Can we get a sample from you?

A: Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. But courier fee will be by your side,
If make samples according to your design, we will charge the sample fee. And samples will be ready around 7-15 days depends on different requirement.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?


A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end
1. All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2. Skillful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes;
3. Quality Control Department with 10QC specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30% deposit in advance before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C for large amount, PayPal and Western Union for small amount.
