Thermoplastic shoe toe puff material of footwear stiffeners for shoes

Feature:  Eco friendly, low temperature, both side bonding, good flexibility,  used for toe puff for lady shoe, man shoe, casual shoe, children shoe and boots ect.

Material: TPU hot melt adhesive with nylon scrim fabric on both side. 

Thickness:

0.35-0.45mm

0.55-0.65mm

0.75-0.85mm or customized

Color: white or customized

Cutting: in length direction

Melting temp: 85+/-5C

Hot press Temp : 90-120C

Hot press time: 8-12s

Method for use:

Hot and cold machine

the heat mould temperature set to 120-130℃, keep 20-30s( up to the type of the upper material);

the cold mould temperature set to 0-4℃, remain 15-20s
