Self-adhesive hangers are designed to fix efficiently insulation on smooth surfaces such as air ducts, attenuators, chambers and enclosures. It consists of a pin, firmly mounted on a high quality self-adhesive base.
After the self-adhesive hangers are installed, the insulation is impaled over the spindle & secured with a self-locking washer. 

Insulation Hanger, Insulation Pins is a insulation hanger, it is fabricated by a 2" X 2" metal base with a tape on the back riveted with a pin, we also call it as self-adhesive pin or peel&press pin, it works with a self locking washer to fasten the insulation, different from the perforated base pins, they are used for sticking onto new or clean sheet metal of insulation construction.

WIPE SURFACE CLEAN.Anchor should be applied to a clean, dry non-porous surface
PEEL OFF RELEASE BACKING.NOTE: Double faced foam tape has a one-year active shelf life
STICK ANCHOR IN PLACE.Select location before contact with surface.Press firmly

APPLY FIRM PRESSURE.20 pounds of pressure should be applied all around the base of the anchor
ALLOW TO STAND 15-20 MINUTES.This will permit better adhesion to take place
