Product Description
Field of Application:
- Can be used as liquid storage tank, blending vessel, temporary storage tank, buffer tank and water storage tank etc.
- Ideal for food, dairy processing, fruit juice beverages, pharmaceutical, beer and wine brewing, chemical and biological engineering industries.
Structure Characteristics:
- Single-layer shell body.
- Fabricated from cold-rolled sanitary stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316.)
- Humanized design, easy to operate.
- Interior welds are ground smooth, passivated and polished. Transitional areas are made into arc shaped blends to ensure no dead zones of sanitation.
- Top and bottom are either conical or flat, and designed to be self-draining with no potential hold up of its contents.
Tank Configuration:
- Quick opening manway.
- Various types of CIP cleaners.
- Sanitary breathing cover to keep out flies and insects.
- Adjustable triangular legs.
- Dismountable inlet pipe assembly.
