The vibrating screen operates with a dynamic exciter that transmits vibration to the screen deck through a V-belt, ensuring uniform shaking and even distribution of materials. As the material moves through the screen, larger particles remain on the top surface, while smaller and finer particles pass through the screen mesh to the bottom, resulting in the classification of materials into different sizes.
