Should the concrete must be flat?  

Yes, if the concrete not flat, the rubber surfaces will also not be flat. 

2. Is the glue needed for installation?

Yes, if you do not apply the glue, the rubber surfaces maybe shrinked after sometime. If you do care of it, it is ok.

3. Is the rubber floor and glue can be applied outdoor?

Yes, all the rubber floor perform best even under very strong sunshine and extrem cold weather.

4. Should the glue and rubber floor be keeped away from water?

Just when installation, the concrete must be dry.  After 48hours, it is performing best in water.

5. How to keep away the dust?

Just use the Jiadong advance rubber floor oil to keep it clean as new even 10years later.
