Production process
step 1
Ironwork production
(1)Galvanized pipe: cut by electric welding process, the column is made of 114mm diameter international steel pipe, thickness 2mm, the whole processed by a special process of rust removal, oil removal and sand blasting, and then baked with outdoor polyester system (polyester/TGIC system) resin powder coating high temperature curing, fine polishing, to avoid the existence of burr sharp corners, polishing to make the surface smoot
(2)Platform production, cutting thickness of 1.2mm, high-strength cold-rolled steel plate punching, and then anti-slip plastic coating, resin baking paint, grinding and polishing
(3) The hardware is cut by water-grinding to ensure a neat and smooth cut; the bending machine bends the welded pipe and forms it by welding to meet the design requirements.

Spray sanding

Rotomoulding area
LLDPE plastic material, high temperature plastic film, with anti-static factor and anti-UV factor, with anti-UV, anti-static and high temperature resistance
step 4
Packing of goods
black core cotton and PP thermoplastic film packed, marked on the outside with a woven bag, put on the packing list,installation drawings.
step 5
Shipments
The products will be packed by our professional packers to ensure reasonable stacking,safe transportation and no damage to the products.
