Apron Feeder:

Apron feeder is rugged and dependable to receive and control the flow  from bins and hoppers, then feed bulk materials to crushers,belt conveyors and other related mining machinery. As a kind of continuous and evenly feeding equipment, It can be installed in horizontal or gradient slope, which is widely applied in mining, cement, chemical,smelting industry. This machine are allowed to accept bulk materials in lump,graininess with 0.5-2.5t/m3 density, either in normal condition or that of high temperature, high moisture.

 

Apron Feeder Types: 

According to different intencity and lump size of material to be conveyed, our apron feeder is designed as three types in choice: light-duty apron feeder, mid-duty apron feeder and heavy-duty apron feeder.

Light-duty type:It is applied for materials with intencity not big than 1200kg/m3, lump weight not big than 140kg, temperature 0-350°C.Normally, the apron feeder width ranges in 500mm-1250mm;

Mid-duty type:It is applied for materials with intencity not big than 2400kg/m3, lump weight not big than 300kg, temperature 0-400°C.Normally, the apron feeder width ranges in 500mm-1250mm;

Heavy-duty type:It is applied for lumps in big size, whose size is not big than 60% of apron feeder width. The max installation slope is 15. Width ranges in 1000-2500mm;

 

Our apron feeder features in:

Anti-friction bearings.
Tail traction wheel.
Manganese pans are used for maximum resistance to high impact loading and for abrasive operations.

Feed rollers and chains are remarkably durable.

Specially processed feed rollers prevent wandering of apron.

Simple construction and the built in lubrication system eliminate squeaking and other abnormal sounds in operation.

Maintenance is easy. Only a short time is required to change the apron or conveyor chain.

Total operation and maintenance costs are low.
