3. Do you have stock products to sell?

--No, we work on OEM orders. that means: size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution, etc will depend on your requests. Of course, if those package we have the mold, we can make new package for you.

4. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

--The size of the products.(Length x Width x Height)

--The material,(PS,PET,PETG,PP are eco-friendly material, PVC is not eco-friendly, but the price for PVC material is cheaper)

--The printing colors

--If it is possible, please also provide with picture or design for checking, samples will be best for clarifying.

5. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

--PDF, CDR, AI, PSD welcome.

6. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?

--Generally, 3-5days for sample making.

--The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc

For example, 150000pcs plastic box we need 10-12days to make.

7. Which payment can you accept?

--Western Union or T/T, 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

8. What is the mold fee?

--For our package, we need the mold to make the package to be the same as your design. so every customer have to pay the mold fee, but if your order quantity is big enough, the mold fee can be return, moreover, you only have to pay the mold fee once, because we will keep the mold of every customer very well, when you place order next time, you will don’t have to pay the mold fee again.
