Thermal Shock Test Standard

Thermal Shock Test Standard is ≥55°C.

Test Method A:Put the product into 85°C Incubator and keep for 30 minutes,then take it out and put into 25°C water immediately for sharp quench.

Test Method B:Put the product into 85°C water and keep for 10-20 minutes,then take it out and put into 25°C water immediately for sharp quench.

Strength Impact Test Standard is 1.5 Newton.

Test Method A:Drop the 60g steel ball freely from 400mm height position to hit any position of the jar without crush/broken.

Test Method B:Use the Impact Gun to shoot at any position of the jar without crush/broken.
