Description
This Flaming Wood Fired Pizza Oven is known as a tunnel pizza oven. It is the ideal pizza oven in that it does not need to be fired up. All you need to do is light your wood, then in about 45 minutes you will be ready to cook. It is a stainless steel pizza oven on wheels, which makes it ideal for outdoor use and it is easy to use.

Furthermore, unlike other wood burning ovens, no curing process is required. Start cooking right away!
The product has a fully insulated dome and hearth. This provides superior cooking performance and heat retention as well as a “cool to the touch” outer surface.
Anything you can cook in your indoor oven can be prepared to its succulent perfection in your wood fired oven, all year long.

Once you’ve tasted your favorite meal prepared in an authentic Wood Fired Oven, you’ll notice the difference.
Uses all three methods to cook efficiently:
- Convection (circulated heat)
- Radiant (from the hot flames and heated dome)
- Conduction (by the food sitting on the hot hearth)
Only use dry seasoned hardwood to heat the chamber. Keep your fire to one side of the oven. Once heated, sweep the hearth and cook your food in the same chamber. Try different hardwoods for different flavors.
The item has a textured powder coated painted dome with a stainless steel arch, and comes with a stainless steel cart with wheels. The stainless steel handle also provides easy storage for your oven tools.
