2 ,what' s the MOQ for  item ???

Answer :

 a)  for cocktail stirrer , the MOQ IS 50000 PCS .

 (As all our product are new produced for each costomer ,no stock for retail quantity, hope you can understand us.)

b)for ice bucket series, the MOQ IS 1000 PCS .

c) for snow sled series, the MOQ IS 1000-2000PCS

 

 

3: Could i print my design logo on the item ??

Answer :YES ,You can . your logo is welcomed to print on our products .

 

 

4:  What kind of printing method you can do for logo ??

Answer :

a)silk screen printing   ( usually suit for less than 3 colors logo design )

b)heat transfer printing ( good choice for more than 3colors or mixed color design )

 

 

5: Can i got  a sample for quality checking before placing order ??

Answer :Yes , you can , if you have choosen the one interest you , pls let me know ( contact by email or skype as you like ). usually exist sample for any color choice is free to provide ,but need freight collect paid . so offer me your detail contact address and courier account number( such as  DHL , UPS ,FEDEX  and so on )  .i will send out the sample within 3days and upgrate you the tracking NO .

 

 

6:How can i got a sample if i don't have a courier account ???

Answer :if you agree to use our courier account ,and pay us the courier cost in advance which we negosiate  by email  ,we will help you arrange to send out sample by DHL and UPS . and upgrate you the tracking no .  

 

 

7: What kind of payment you accept to place order ???

Answer : We accept TT/ WEST UNION

                    Usually 30% deposit before production ,70% balance agaist BL copy 

                    FOB,CIF,EXW are accept.

 

 

8: Which port you export ???

ANSWER :Usually we export in NINGBO CHINA PORT . If you have other choice ,we will agree with your choice .

 

 

9: If i want to have sample with my logo , what shall i do and how much for sample cost and sample delivery time ??

ANSWER :first ,offer me your logo design draft by JPG , PDF ,coredraw ,or AI format .and request panton color for logo and size . Sample cost  arrange from 80--550USD ,depending on your design,sample time :5-10days
