Production process

1.Cutting : cutting the annealing glass to the actual needs of shape.
2.Glass edging: Edging machine to mill the four edges to prevent frund when steeling,while maintaining the beautiful appearance.
3.Drilling hole:If need to drilling hole using drilling machine.
4.Washing dry:cleaning the glass with washing maching.
5. Tempered glass:Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 700°,then the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air to 40°,through the procedures, the original glass is formed of tempered glass
