3.Composition
Fan Housing
fan housing, fan casing, Double flanged casing manufactured with mild steel or galvanized sheet steel. Casing covers the overall length of motor and impeller. It is welded with mild steel plate with connecting flanges at both ends. Casing can also provided with foot mounting arrangement to install fan on the ground.

4.Fan Operation
Before set up the fan,check gap sizes of all parts of the fan to make sure the rotating parts will not hit the fixed parts.
When the fan is rotating,check the temperature of the bearing after the impellers reach normal speed. If there is no special request for the temperature of the bearing,it can not higher than ambient temperature 40 °c
If the fan has very severe shock,hitting ,and bearing temperature rise rapidly,please stop the fan right away.

6.Fan Maintain
Periodically clean the inner dust, dirt and other impurities
Periodlically check the fan to avoid rusting
Change the lubricating oil after opening the fan .The lubricating oil shall be changed according to the actual situation.
